Empire State of Poverty

The past month I have been on a shopping rampage. Last time I reviewed the collateral damage. After adding and subtracting I discover in order to balance my finances I have to take out a huge chuck of my measly savings. Oh well...Lesson learned don't let your hormones take charge of the shopping.

Since I am a rehabbed pessimist I will view this predicament as a fresh start for my LX5 fund.

My Birthday is a month away and I don't feel like celebrating. First I don't have the funds, second my whole family is in Australia and third I feel old. In a month I will 28. Ack! I'm already in my late twenties. In 2 years time its going to be the big 30.

Right now I have no choice but to cramp my style and do fun things with out spending a dime. Thus leads me to this motto:

Translation: Wala akong pera. hehehe

Can anyone give me suggestions on fun things to without a budget?

Reformat, Rejuvenate, Renew

I think I should device a new way so that I could blog more often. I should reformat the over all look of this blog.

This is the list of events that I should have been blogging about:

September: My Manila visit - I got to see my college friends. It was years since I last saw them.

October: This was eventful. There were birthday parties (My boyfriend's grand mother's 90th birthday, my friend Lelit's Birthday and Donie's birthday), then there was my cousin Jor-el's wedding, another trip to Manila (due to the wedding), and then there was the Halloween party at Legaspi Suites.

I'll try my best to gather photos and finally make an entry about it. Better late than never!

My messy bag

Lately I have been lazy in organizing my stuff. I just dump things in my bag so one day I spilled all the contents of my bag on my bed to check if maybe there is already a civilization living in there.

Female Stuff.

From the left: Tissue (can't live without em), comb, toothbrush (actually this already a discarded tooth brush since its close encounter with the friendly cockroaches), I don't need to explain this purple package, 2 bottles of perfume, liquid soap, medicine (in case) and the checkered purse are filled with other stuff (I don't want to elaborate trust me).

Lastly the essentials

From the left: Dexter book 4 (I already finished this book but I always bring a book with me), extra bag, my eyeglasses with my shades, bookmark, black cahier moleskin (its not filled with guy phone numbers its more filled with my weekly budget), my cardholder (courtesy of sunlife), my 2 cellphone, my colored pens, my pencil case, scissors, ballpen, lolipop, rings, Zesto tetra pack purse (its a purse not thrash), and black coin purse.

I admit I KNOW I bring a lot of stuff everyday but I can't help it.
